Funeral service for Jacqueline “Jackie” Michelle Washburn, age 56, of Cullman, will be at Mt. Carmel Methodist Church on Sunday, Aug. 6, 2023 at 2 p.m. with Tyler, Perkins, Tyler Cantrell and Michael Lowe officiating; burial at Berlin Cemetery at Mt. Carmel. Mrs. Washburn will lie-in-state from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. prior to the service. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 5, 2023 at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.

Mrs. Washburn passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 1, 2023, at UAB Hospital. She was born July 21, 1967, to Jack and Ruth Freeman.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, David Freeman; and nephew, Bryan Alldredge.
Survivors include her husband, Wade Washburn; daughter, Madison (JD) Linch; sisters, Becky (Harold) Richard and Margie (Cecil) Alldredge; brother, Jon (Colleen) Freeman; nieces, Amber (Tommy) Duke and Marly (Will) Burris; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
