Larry Scott Mangum, 83, of Cullman, passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at his residence. He was born Oct. 25, 1939 in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
He is survived by his wife, Donna Mangum; daughter, Suzanne Vermeire; son, Scott Mangum; sister, Lynn Merritt and grandchildren, Blake Mangum, Lauren Vermeire and Grayson Vermeire.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Eulice and Magdalene Mangum; and sisters, Jane Branscomb and Mary Ann Gallagher.
Funeral services will be Saturday, July 29, 2023 at 2 p.m. at Moss Service Funeral Home; burial will follow in Good Hope Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers are Scott Mangum, Blake Mangum, Grayson Vermeire, Trevor Sharp, Ronnie Heaton and Larry Goodwin.
