The Funeral Service for Rudy Bryan Cheatwood, 49, of Vinemont, will be 1 p.m., Wednesday, June 28, 2023, at Cullman Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. prior to the service. Rev. Dale Banks will officiate the service. The interment will be in the Missionary Grove Cemetery.

Mr. Cheatwood was born Oct. 21, 1973 to Rudy L. and Linda Faye Flack Cheatwood. He passed from this life on June 25, 2023 at UAB Hospital. He was a Godly Christian brother who loved being outdoors, riding his tractor, and his dogs. He was an engineer for Cullman County.
Mr. Cheatwood was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents, Felton and Aurella Cheatwood, and William and Donia flack.
He is survived by his brother, Shannon (Angie) Cheatwood; sisters, Gail Johnson, Debra (Alan) Baker, Becky (Chris) Smith; Nieces and Nephews, Kyle (Cindy) Graves, Seth (Kelly) Graves, Candace Graves, Blain Baker, Alaine (Lynn) Edmondson Brizendine, Memory Smith, Corbin Smith, Reagan Cheatwood, Emily Cheatwood, Kora Cheatwood; and a host of family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Kyle Graves, Seth Graves, Blain Baker, Gavin Edmondson, Kayden Graves and Corbin Smith.
