Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of His saints. (Psalm 116:15)

Beloved child of God, loving mother, precious sister and faithful friend.

On Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2023, Anessa went home to be with her Heavenly Father.

Anessa will be forever remembered by her radiant smile, her deep love for Jesus and her unmeasured kindness toward everyone she met.

She would share that though she is absent from her earthly body, her spirit is now present with the LORD.

She would encourage everyone to read the Bible and to “Trust the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding, but in all your ways acknowledge (obey) Him and He will direct your paths.” (Proverbs 3:5)

She would tell us that Jesus was faithful and true to His promise that He would never leave her or abandon her, and that as she suffered through the challenges of this life, He was with her all the way.

She would joyfully remind us that her favorite hymn was “Victory in Jesus” because it tells of the redeeming power of Christ and that regardless of what we face in life we can walk in Victory by choosing to live for Him.

And she would share that her greatest parting desire would be for everyone to come join her in her new home in eternity by accepting Jesus Christ as LORD and Savior.

Her mission was accomplished, and faith is now sight.
