West Point High School’s Heidi Armstrong was crowned 2022 Miss Cullman County Fair Tuesday night at the Cullman County Fair Queen Pageant. Armstrong was also named Miss Congeniality. This year’s first alternate was Maddie McKenney from Good Hope High School; McKenney was the winner of the Talent Competition as well. The second alternate was Vinemont High School’s Alexis Sartin.
