CULLMAN, Ala. – The Cullman County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) made multiple arrests last week, including:  

Monday, Sept. 26 

Deputies arrested Christopher Michael Johnson, 34, of Cullman, on failure to appear warrants for unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deputies went to a residence in Crane Hill to serve felony warrants on Bryan David McIntyre, 37, of Crane Hill.  

Drug paraphernalia was allegedly located at the residence.  

McIntyre was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear warrants for possession of a sawed off shotgun, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, criminal trespassing (4 counts), larceny, receiving stolen property, traffic violation (4 counts) and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia (3 counts).

Deputies arrested Katrina Leann Prater, 30, of Falkville, on failure to appear warrants for unlawful possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic violation.

Deputies responded to a business off Eva Road due to suspicious customers on-site.  

Kayla Leann Willingham, 29, of Cullman, was located in the suspect vehicle.  

Willingham had a failure to appear warrant for larceny and was placed under arrest.  

A subsequent search of the vehicle allegedly yielded narcotics and paraphernalia.  

She was charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deputies arrested Brittney Lashae Ball, 35, of Hartselle, on warrants for child abuse and manslaughter. The warrants stemmed from a 2019 case.

Deputies arrested Brianna Michelle Wilbanks, 25, of Hanceville, on failure to appear warrants for unlawful possession of dangerous drugs (2 counts), promoting prison contraband, second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.  

Tuesday, Sept. 27 
 
Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the Berlin community.  

Lydia Golladay, 25, of Arab, was identified as the passenger in the vehicle.  

A subsequent search of the vehicle allegedly yielded narcotics and paraphernalia.  

Golladay was charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the Jones Chapel community.  

Chad Michael Owens, 38, of Cullman, was identified as the driver.  

A subsequent search of the vehicle allegedly yielded narcotics.  

Owens was arrested and charged with unlawful distribution of dangerous drugs. 

Cullman County Sheriff Matt Gentry said he’s proud of the continual efforts the sheriff’s office makes to keep drugs off the streets.
