CULLMAN, Ala. – A Florida man was indicted in Cullman County earlier this year on charges of first-degree sodomy and first-degree sexual abuse. On Wednesday, Sept. 14, Cullman County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) deputies arrested Duane Sean Hayes, 49, of Marianna, Florida, on grand jury warrants.
Court records show the indictment was for incidents that occurred from 2019-2020.
The CCSO reported that Hayes is a Florida resident; however, court records show that at the time of the indictment, Hayes was a resident of Vinemont.
