CULLMAN, Ala. – The Cullman County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) made multiple arrests over the weekend, including:   

Thursday, Aug. 25 

CCSO deputies responded to a business in the Berlin community in reference to a suspicious vehicle.  

Upon arrival, deputies located the vehicle in question and identified Troy Elijah Pearce, 33, of Cullman, behind the wheel.  

A subsequent search of the vehicle allegedly yielded narcotics and paraphernalia. 

Pearce was arrested and charged with trafficking dangerous drugs, unlawful possession of dangerous drugs and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.  

Friday, Aug. 26 

Deputies arrested Candy Renae Decatur, 41, of Hayden, on multiple failure to appear warrants: unlawful possession of dangerous drugs, promoting prison contraband, second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and two traffic violations.

Deputies arrested Kristy Leigh Lindsey, 45, of Cullman, at the Cullman County Detention Center on two failure to appear warrants: second-degree financial exploitation of the elderly and shoplifting.

Deputies served three probation revocation warrants on Bashir Pershing Ruatti, 37, of Hanceville.  

Ruatti is currently incarcerated at the Cullman County Detention Center. His warrants were for second-degree escape and two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance.  

Saturday, Aug. 27 

Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the Center Hill community.  

Christopher Daniel Shane Lubert, 38, of Hanceville, was identified as the driver. 

A subsequent search of the vehicle allegedly yielded methamphetamine and marijuana.  

Lubert was charged with trafficking dangerous drugs and second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the northern portion of the city of Cullman. 

Joshua Allen Kolton Sherrell, 34, of Vinemont, was identified as the driver, and Juliaunna Rose Koloski, 24, of Cullman, was identified as a passenger.  

A subsequent search of their persons and the vehicle allegedly yielded narcotics.  

Both were placed under arrest. Sherrell was charged with second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana and Koloski was charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine.  

Sunday, Aug. 28 

Deputies responded to a domestic violence call in the Grandview community.  

Clyde Michael Brown Jr., 39, of Cullman, and Johnna Hall Brown, 42, of Cullman, were at the residence.  

The pair had differing stories as to what had taken place; both had physical marks on their persons. 

Both were arrested and charged with third-degree domestic violence- harassment.

Deputies went to a residence in the Hanceville area to serve a warrant on David Lee Moore, 59, of Hanceville.  

Moore was located at the residence, but he allegedly attempted to flee on foot. 

After a short foot pursuit, Moore was detained and arrested. He was charged with attempting to elude and failure to register as a sex offender (failure to appear warrant).
