Lewis C. Slaten, 81, of Addison, passed away June 2, 2022 at Hendrix Health and Rehabilitation.
He was born on February 26, 1941.
A visitation will be held on Monday, June 6, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at Addison Church of God with the service following at 11:00 a.m. Brother Rodney Ridgeway will officiate.
Lewis is survived by his wife: Ann Slaten; stepsons: Tony Hunter(Delina) and Tracy Adair(Yuri); granddaughter: Holli Ann; grandson: Riften; brother-in-law: Alton Bates(Deloris); sister-in-law: Reba Bates(Bobby); nephews: Jeff and Justin; niece: Delinda(Garry) and special nieces: Maison, Kendra, Lainey Joe, Jessie Rae Kortland and Branch.
