Mrs. Binegar passed away Friday, December 10, 2021 at her residence. She was born July 31, 1952 to James and Martha Jane Jarrell Napier.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a son: William Binegar.
Survivors include her husband: Frank D. Binegar; daughter: Mandy Binegar; nieces, nephews, family and friends.
