Ember Lynn Duncan-Crook, age 5 months, of Cullman, Alabama passed away on Friday, December 3, 2021. Ember was born June 21, 2021.
Ember is survived by her mother: Emily Sue Duncan and her father: Austin Daniel Crook; her grandparents: Patrick Herman and Dianna Lynn Duncan, and Kevin Daniel and Connie Dean Crook; her great-grandparents: Janice and Roger Crook, Carolyn Duncan, John and Sue Johnson and Thomas and Linda Dean and her aunts and uncle: Nathan and Katie Freeman, Hannah Duncan, Sarah Beasley, Karli Duncan, Marie Duncan and Lauren Chacon.
A celebration of life visitation for Ember will be held Thursday, December 9, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Daystar Church (200 Daystar Drive, Cullman, AL 35057). A celebration of life graveside service will be held on Friday, December 10, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Corinth Church of Christ Cemetery in Bremen, Alabama.
