Funeral services for Amy D. Puckett-Eudy of Baileyton, Alabama will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Fairview West Cemetery. Reverend Gary Waddell will officiate. The family will welcome guests for a visitation Tuesday evening at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Mrs. Eudy was born in Cullman, Alabama on March 25, 1975. She died at the age of 46 on November 22, 2021 at Cullman Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include her mother: Judy Puckett; husband: Michael Eudy; children: Matthew Eudy and Andrew (Shelby Lyn) Eudy; granddaughter: Parker Rae Eudy; sister: Jami (Derek) Nicholas and nieces and nephews: Hayes Nicholas and Henley Nicholas.
Mrs. Eudy was preceded in death by her father: Francis Puckett.
