CULLMAN, Ala. – A single-vehicle crash early Monday morning claimed the life of a local man.
Mark Lynn Easterwood, 54, of Baileyton was killed when the vehicle he was driving left the roadway and struck a telephone pole around 12:45 a.m. on Monday, September 20, 2021.
According to Cullman County Coroner Jeremy Kilpatrick, Easterwood was pronounced dead on the scene.
The crash occurred at the 13000 block of Alabama Highway 69 North in Baileyton.
