Dorothy Mae Anderson, age 100, of Vinemont, Alabama passed away on Thursday, September 9, 2021. Dorothy was born December 3, 1920 in Vinemont, Alabama.
Dorothy is survived by her daughter: Brenda Holmes; her sons: Johnny (Sandra) Anderson and Kenneth Anderson; grandchildren: Diane White, Amy (Lane Pair) White, Greg (Susie) White, John (Mandy) Anderson, Steven Anderson, April Anderson and Aaron Anderson; eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years: William W. Anderson; her parents: Martin Nathaniel and Lula Frances Couch Morris; her daughter: Donna K Anderson and her sons: William Elbert Anderson and Joel M. Anderson.
A celebration of life visitation for Dorothy will be held Saturday, September 11, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at Moss-Service Funeral Home (1901 2nd Avenue, N.W., Cullman, Alabama 35055). A celebration of life graveside service will occur at 4:00 p.m. at Flint Creek Cemetery (County Road 1354, Vinemont, AL 35179).
