Graveside service for Katelyn Wynell Quick, age 21, of Cullman, will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 11, 2021, at Bethsadia Cemetery with Karen Heaton officiating.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Ms. Quick passed away on April 8, 2021, at Emory University Hospital. She was born February 7, 2000, to Jeff Quick and Shannon Stephens.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Evelyn Stephens.
Survivors include her mother, Shannon Stephens; father, Jeff Quick; brothers, Matthew Stephens, Phillip Stephens, and Derek Stephens; grandmother, Anita Robinson; grandfather, James Quick; uncles, Mark Stephens and Blake Mechaw; and a host of cousins and other family.
