Curtis Weldon Thompson, 87, of Bremen went home to be with the Lord Monday Jan. 11, 2021. A private family service will be held Saturday, Jan. 16, 2021 at the Cullman Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Steve Rodgers and Reverend Ted Blalock will officiate the service. The interment will be in the New Prospect Cemetery.

Mr. Thompson was born July 19, 1933 to Joseph and Ellsie Lee Thompson.
He was preceded in death by his mother Ellsie Lee and father Joseph Thompson of the Blair community and four sisters and two brothers.
Mr. Thompson is survived by three sisters and one brother; his wife Ann Thompson; and three sons David and Dot Thompson, Ronald Thompson, and Mark Thompson.
Mr. Thompson also had 20 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren.
