Funeral services for George Thomas Segars, 80, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2020 at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Antioch Baptist Cemetery; Rev. Wade Maynard and Rev. Tim McCormick officiating.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Segars passed away Friday, Oct. 30, 2020 at Huntsville Hospital. He was born March 27, 1940 to Herman Randolph and Ida Elizabeth Strickland Segars.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters Venera ‘Sis’ Shaddix, Margaret ‘Tootsie’ Fitzgerald, and Doris Segars; and brother Willard Segars.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Joyce Maynard Segars; son Eric (Gwen) Segars; grandchildren Levi (Lora) Segars, Hattie Segars, and Katherine Segars; great-grandson Carter; and a host of family and friends.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday.
