Magan Brittney Ford Ramirez of Holly Pond was called home to be with the Lord Saturday, June 6, 2020 at the age of 31.

Magan was born April 10, 1989 in Gadsden, Alabama to Anita Calhoun Monk and Greg Ford. She married Christian Ramirez in 2019.

Magan was loving, kindhearted, and had a smile that would light up a room. She enjoyed attending church with her family and singing. Her interests included drawing, painting, playing video games, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends. She loved animals and especially her beloved cat, Punkyn.

Magan is survived by her husband Christian Ramirez of Holly Pond; mother Anita Calhoun Monk of Cullman; father Greg (Kim) Ford of Arab; sister Hadyn (Josh) Head of Arab; grandparents Robert and Martha Calhoun of Cullman, Myron Ford of Anniston, and Sonnie Yevick of Jacksonville; and her beloved uncles, aunts, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her grandmothers Pat Yevick and Lorraine Harbin and stepfather Steve Monk.

Memorial Service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, June 12, 2020 at Pattillo Street Church of God with Bishop Tim Herron officiating.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Greg Calhoun, Jonathan Calhoun, Josh Head, Zach Duhon, PJ Kritner, and Derek Greer.
