“Frank” Lee Smith, 66, of Cullman, will be at 2 p.m.
Sunday, Oct. 6, 2019 at Berlin Baptist Church with Rev. Bud Perkins
officiating.
Mr. Smith passed away Thursday, Oct. 3, 2019 at Cullman Regional. He was born
June 25, 1953 to Orvil Lee and Margaret Magoline Smith.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Mandy Smith Carrell; parents;
father-in-law, Wm. Hershel King; and brothers-in-law, Jim King and Larry
Bolzle.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Joan King Smith; son, Brent (Amy)
Smith; son-in-law, Gary Carrell; granddaughters, Willa Smith and Ayla Carrell;
sisters, Joan (Mike) Smith and Paula Bolzle; son-in-love, William Chaffin
(Angel Self); grandson-in-love, John David Chaffin; brother-in-love, Daryl
(Melinda) Fike; nieces, Beth (Ja) Hembree and Lori (Kyle) Baggett; nephews,
Greg Bolzle (Will Miranda) and Morgan (Melissa) Bolzle; great-nieces and
great-nephews, Kolton (Logan) Hembree, Kyle Hembree, Blakely Baggett, Grayson
Baggett, Onnie Bolzle, and Tucker Bolzle; great-great-nephew, Kase; and
friends, including his church family and Wal Mart associates in several states.
