PREP VOLLEYBALL: Bearcats split home tri-match with Decatur, Curry

CULLMAN, Ala. – Volleyball season is upon and after splitting their season-opening tri-match at Jasper last week, the Cullman Bearcats hosted a tri-match Tuesday night against area-foe Decatur and a highly-ranked 4A team in Curry. The Bearcats swept Decatur in three sets to collect a big area win in their first matchup of the night but dropped two close sets to the Yellow Jackets, resulting in a split for Cullman. The Bearcats will be back in action when they travel to Muscle Shoals to face the Trojans on Thursday.
