He was born June 16, 1959, to Linda Marie Payne. He was a machinist.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Survivors include his wife, Carmen Yates; sons, Jeremy (Bonnie) Yates, Brett Abercrombie and Brandon Abercrombie; daughter, Amanda (George) Lynn; stepchildren, Melissa (Dale) Kugler and Billy Wayne Turner; grandchildren, Kylie, Kara and Colt Yates, Clay Lynn, Misty, Desiree and Riley Kugler; brothers, Matthew (Lisa) Goins, Alex Goins, Shane Goins, and Kenneth Andrew Goins; stepfather, Kenneth Andrew Goins, Sr.; uncles, Larry Hollis and Danny Hollis.
