WEST POINT, Ala. – The Lady Warriors improved to 5-5-1 Tuesday night with a 5-1 win over Danville on their home field. West Point jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the first half, but Danville was able to get one goal on the scoreboard before the break.

The score trimmed the Lady Warriors’ lead at the half but two more goals from West Point in the second half put the game out of reach. Grace Lee, Mallory Campbell, Faith Lee, Brooklyn Barnett and Heidi Leatherwood each found the back of the net for the Lady Warriors in the win.
