Angela Coreen Rice, 55, of Double Springs, entered into rest on January 14, 2019 at UAB, Birmingham.
Angela was born on November 21, 1963, in Birmingham, Alabama. She enjoyed painting, fishing, cooking, and gardening. Angela loved spending time with her family, especially listening to music with the grandchildren. She enjoyed watching Alabama football. Angela loved spontaneous road trips to the beach and the Smoky Mountains.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Double Springs, where services will be held at 2 p.m. J.D. Snoddy will officiate.
Angela is survived by her companion of 15 years, Tom Snoddy; daughters, Megan M. Hall and husband Jason, Malorie Ward; father, Douglas Rice; and brother, Patrick Rice. She was “G” to 4 grandchildren, Millyona Hall, Ava Ward, Jandalyn Hall and Briella Ward.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Rice.
In lieu of flowers, Family request donations be made to Williams Cemetery, Black Pond Community.
