JONES CHAPEL – The tornado that struck a mobile home between Jones Chapel and West Point left three people injured, leveling the residence. Hurt were one adult, a teenage girl and an infant, according to Cullman County Emergency Management Agency (EMA) Director Phyllis Little.

Little, who lives next door to the victims, told The Tribune, "They're still running tests at the hospital, but all three are OK." She said the injuries were not life-threatening.

The destroyed home was located at the corner of County Road 1091 and County Road 1114.

Little said there was also damage on County Roads 1082 and 1087 in the community of Sardis, close to the Winston County line.
