Avalon is a 5-month-old female heeler mix. / Cullman County Animal Shelter

Ryan Whisenhunt from the Cullman County Animal Shelter introduces us to Avalon, a puppy currently available for adoption.

“Avalon is a heeler mix who is approximately 5 months old.  She has a quiet, patient and respectful demeanor.  She respects her life and enjoys sitting down for a treat.  She participates in the agilities course that our volunteer leads our dogs through.  When she came in she weighed 26 pounds.

“She is ready to be adopted at this time for $90.  The $90 includes her 5-in-1 shot and dewormer that she receives at our facility.  The cost includes her spay, microchip, rabies vaccination and physical exam done at the vet.  It also includes a free limited day trial of pet insurance and a free bag of dog food at Pet Depot if you take your receipt.  The only thing you have to pay is tax on the bag of dog food.

“It seems like she has been at our shelter for a long time and she's the only one left out of four that came in together.  Both of her brothers and her sister have been adopted.  She needs a fantastic ‘forever’ home.”
