Pair of Arrests Made for Manufacturing Meth

CULLMAN – On April 21, Cullman City Police Department narcotics investigators stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on U.S. Highway 31 North in Cullman. Investigators were able to gain consent to search the vehicle and recovered methamphetamine and paraphernalia, along with several components used to manufacture methamphetamine. 

Both the driver, David Wayne Lee, 35, of Falkville, and passenger, Christopher Gary St. John, 37, of Hartselle, were arrested for second-degree unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance.  Lee was also arrested for unlawful possession of a controlled substance. 

Lee and St. John are each being held at the Cullman County Detention Center on a $1 million dollar bond.
