James Clayton Scott, 84, of Hanceville, AL died Sunday, Jan. 31, 2021.
He is survived by his wife Doris Scott; brother Edwin Scott (Carol); and several nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
The family will receive friends at Shelton Grove Baptist Church Thursday, Feb. 4 from 1 p.m. until the celebration of James’ life that will begin at 2 p.m. Burial will follow in the adjacent cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Shelton Grove Baptist church in memory of James Scott.
