Celebration of Life visitation for Linda Kay Myrick Stewart, age 77 of Cullman, will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home.
Mrs. Stewart passed away on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at UAB Hospital surrounded by friends and family. Born on January 29, 1949, Linda was a kind-hearted, hard working individual. She was known for her patience and being a devoted mother. She enjoyed Alabama football, casino trips with her friends and always had a book in her hand. Linda was a cherished soul and her memory will continue to bring smiles to all that new her.
She was a loving mother to her sons, Shane (Lisa Hanes) Stewart, Shawn Stewart, Patrick (Chasity) Stewart, and Brian Stewart.
Linda was a proud grandmother and enjoyed watching her grandchildren grow; Zoe Stewart, Jorja Stewart, Lexi Stewart, Courtney Stewart, Cheyanne Martinez & Savannah Barnett. Blessed with a special friend, Peggy (Jimmy) Lynn & family; her bonus grandchildren, Morgan, Billy, Timmy, Whitney, Aaron, Jaxon, Jrake, Jetson, Harley & Carley. Linda’s family extended to; brother, Bruce Myrick; and nephew, Johnny Myrick.
She was predeceased by parents, John Ellis and Fannie Ethel (Herndon) Myrick; husband, Charles Stewart; brother, Ralph Myrick and sister, Carolyn Myrick.
