Ms. Louise Hendrix Ergle Foust ( January 27, 1934 – November 11, 2025) passed away peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday morning at Madison Manor Nursing Home in Huntsville.
Louise was preceded in death by her daughter, Judy Glanders, her husband, the father of Judy, Paul Ergle and her husband Dwight Foust, her parents, William P. and Annie Miller Hendrix, her brothers, Gordon (Norma) and Cranford (Sadie) Hendrix and sisters, Estelle Hendrix (Martin) Price and Marie (Bill) HendrixThompson.
She is survived by her, Granddaughter, Michelle Glanders and Grandson, Brett (Sheena) Glanders along with a great granddaughter Addisen Glanders all of Huntsville, Alabama. She is also survived by her Stepsons, Earl (Nan) Foust of Birmingham, Barry (Julie) Foust of Cullman, and Neil Foust of Tokyo, Japan. Louise is also survived by a host of cousins, nieces and nephews. And step-grandchildren Andrew (Lucy) Foust, Katie (Drew) Farmer, Maggie (Keith) Blackwood, Janie (Travis) Linton, and Riley Foust, and step-great-grandchildren Ruby Farmer, Eli Farmer, Cecille Foust, Olivia Blackwood, Avery Blackwood, and Ella Foust.
The funeral will be held at her long-term church, Trinity Baptist Church. A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held on November 17, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Trinity Baptist Church – Independent Baptist Church KJV, located at 1701 Childhaven Rd NE, Cullman, AL 35055, US.
The Celebration of Life Funeral Service will follow at the same venue from 1 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.
A Committal Service will take place at Cullman City Cemetery, located at 9th St SW, Cullman, AL 35055, US, from 2 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. on the same day.
Special appreciation to the members and staff of Madison Manor Nursing Home. Following the graveside service, a Celebration of Life luncheon will be held for family and friends at the Trinity Baptist Church.
