CULLMAN, Ala. – The Cullman City Board of Education met Aug. 5, to address a series of action and personnel items.
The board awarded bid 25-06 to Forestwood Farm Inc. for the district’s fresh produce supply.
Two major construction change orders for Cullman Intermediate School were also approved: a $30,100.16 expense for a new water line to support the school’s STEM lab and a $261,542 adjustment to replace unsuitable soil on site.
Cullman City Primary School employee resignations were approved, along with several employee transfers and new hires. Conditional employment was granted to six individuals pending background checks and certification, including multiple special education instructional assistants.
The board approved coaching supplements, professional development stipends and contracts for part-time bus routes and the district’s Extended Day Program for the 2025-2026 school year.
The meeting concluded after the approval of the personnel report.
