Tommy Smith, age 63 of Decatur, passed away on Saturday, June 20, 2026 at the Decatur Morgan Hospital.
He was born on June 8, 1963 in Chicago, Illinois to Sammy Ray Smith and Marilyn Brashier Smith. Tommy is survived by his son, Charles Lynx Smith, step children, Jacqueline Barch, Derek Logan Clark and Catherine George; his mother, Marilyn (James) Hall; sister, Sandra Sue (Michael) Ray and brother, Gary (Allison) Smith; a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Sammy Ray Smith and brother, Mickey Smith.
The family will have a memorial service at a later date and time.
