Funeral service for Judy Carol Bailey, 70, of Cullman will be at 12 p.m. Friday, March 20th, 2026, at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Etha Cemetery, Bro. Dennis Loyd officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. prior to the service.

Judy passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at CRMC. She was born March 5, 1956, to James Fred and Ruth Elizabeth Kimbril Bailey. She was a very hard working, caring woman who enjoyed her garden, flowers, and loved life. Judy tried to take care of everyone.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Randy Bailey.
Survivors include her sisters, Doris Walker, Wanda Bailey, Joann (Gordon) Hughes, Mary (Lester) Loyd; nieces and nephews, LaShay Watwood, Donnie Anderson, Connie Stone, Tracy (Randall) Bailey, Ronnie Westmoreland; family and friends.
