Clara M. Elliott Barnett age 99 of Hanceville, AL passed away March 8, 2026, at 4:45 p.m.
She was born February 16, 1927, in Hanceville to Elbert M. Elliott and Myrtie Whaley Elliott.
Aunt Clara, as she was well known to many was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Johnny L. Barnett of 65 years and all seven siblings; Laura M. Elliott Alexander, Matthew Elliott, Herman Elliott, Idus Elliott, Arzuma “Pat” Elliott Stephens, Gene Elliott and Van Elliott.
She leaves behind many nieces, nephews and devoted friends.
A private graveside service will be held at Cullman City Cemetery.
