Ricki “Rick” Allan Blakely age 70 of Arab, Alabama passed away February 2, 2026. He was born September 15, 1955, in Gadsden, Alabama.
Rick was preceded in death by his father Vernon Alvis Blakely; mother Iva June Allen Blakely; and grandson, Nathan James Watson.
Rick is survived by his daughters Aly (Joey) Watson and Andrea Blakely; former wife, Patsy Sharpton Blakely; sister Charlotte Blakely; niece Katie (Jeremy) Stidham; nephew Andy Weldon; grandchildren Blakely Creel, Hadley Creel, Dayton Creel and Lucas Watson; and step-Grandchildren Elizabeth Watson and Micah Watson.
The family will receive friends for a visitation Saturday February 7, 2026, from 1-2 p.m. at Moss Service Funeral Home. He will be laid to rest at Fairview Methodist Cemetery following the visitation.
