Helen June Sparks, age 86, of Cullman, Alabama, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
Helen was a devoted wife, a loving mother, and a proud grandmother who cherished every moment spent with her family. A woman of deep faith, she was a dedicated member of her church and lived her life with love and devotion to the Lord.
She is lovingly remembered by her grandchildren: Erica Givens (Derrick), Kyle Morgan (Melany), Taylor Morgan, and Carley Morgan; her great-grandchildren: Carolyne Givens, Emily Morgan, and Caleb Morgan. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and stepchildren who will continue to carry her memory in their hearts.
Helen was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Carolin Burbank; her parents, Clifford M. and Nollie Davis; her brother, Robert “Bobby” Davis; and her sisters, Jane Turkett Abt and Eleanor “Tootsie” Morgan.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Welti Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 8817 Co Rd 747, Cullman, AL 35055. A celebration of life service will follow at 2 p.m. Graveside committal will take place at Cullman Memorial Gardens, 1507 Bolte Road SE, Cullman, AL 35055.
Helen’s faith, warmth, and unwavering love for her family will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her.
