Barbara Vassilee Nelson (Lee) passed away peacefully at her residence on Wednesday April 10, 2024, with her daughters at her side. She was born January 8, 1942.
She is survived by her husband Donald Nelson. Daughters- Sherry (Vicente) Rodriguez and Kathy Campbell. Her sisters- Sonja (Jerry) Day , Alice (David) Stroud , Judy (Donnie) Nope, Benora (Charles) Johnson. Grandchildren- Brittney(Marissa) Burney, Shayla(Omar) Blas, Raven(Chase) Butler ,Steven(Raven) Richards, Kylan Richards, Nick Richards, Brandon(Jesse) Knutson , Brian(Rheagan) Knutson, Great Grand-Children- Piper Knutson, Maisey Knutson, Declan Rodriguez , Ezekiel Richards, Kolson Butler, Easton Butler, Emeriey Butler, Anaya Blas, Issac Ramirez, Aliyah Rodriguez, Chloe Burney, Aidean Burney, Adelina Burney, Bella Sole, Ayana Sole, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents Ben Thomas Rodgers and Mary Pauline Burney Rodgers. She loved playing guitar and singing.
A memorial will be held at a later date.
