Mr. White was born to Herman White and Aggie Warren White on October 25, 1933. He passed from this life on March 25, 2024 at his residence.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Florene White; one son, David White.

He is survived by his children, Debra Okinaka (Ryoji), Jimmy White (Prescy), Charlotte Martin (Roger), Brenda Clark (Jimmie), Gary White (Charlene), Jerry White, Pam Brown (Leon); sister, Bess Platen; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; friends and family.

Mr. White was a proud veteran, serving in the United States Navy, United States Air Force, and the United States National Guard. He joined the Navy as a young 17-year old and served in the Korean War, on the Navy hospital ship, the USS Consolation.

In addition to being a great patriot, he also previously served his community as Fire Chief and City Council Member for the Town of Good Hope. He was a servant to all and was tireless in his dedication to others.

He was an avid Kentucky basketball fan and loved Alabama football, as well. But he would quickly tell you, his greatest enjoyment was his family, especially his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. He lived a long, beautiful, meaningful life and he will be missed greatly.
