Mrs. Mayfield passed away Wednesday, Sep. 27, 2023 at CRMC. She was born Jan. 18, 1955 to Theron and Lacey Yarbrough Alexander.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Mayfield; children, Grady Wayne Ledlow, Christopher Ledlow, Sonya Downs; brother, Jerry Wayne Alexander; several grandchildren, family and friends.
