Charles Edward Ridgeway, 76 of Alabaster, entered into rest on Friday, August 19, 2022, at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Charles was born on July 21, 1946, in Griffin, Georgia to Bennett Ellington Ridgeway and Evelyn Vann Price Ridgeway. He proudly served his country for 5 years in the United States Marine Corps.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2022, from 2-3p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Double Springs, where services will be held at 3p.m. Keith Brasher will officiate. Burial will be in Rock Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
Charles is survived by his wife: Barbara Ridgeway; children: Michael Agee, and Allison Holmes; grandchildren: Nicholas and Michael Brennan, and Brittany Zach and Elizabeth Agee.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
