Funeral Service for Debra Sue Lawson, 67, of Holly Pond, will be 2 p.m., Monday, July 5, 2021 at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. prior to the service. Brother Adam Cornelius will officiate the service. The interment will be at Crossroads Cemetery.

Mrs. Lawson was born September 10, 1953 to Mr. and Mrs. Frank Schaal. She passed from this life June 30, 2021 at UAB Hospital. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Mrs. Lawson was preceded in death by her parents; husband: William Joseph Lawson and son: Michael Joseph Lawson.
She is survived by her sons: Christopher Lee Lawson and Joshua (Kayla) Lawson; daughters: Lou Ann Lawson and Tracy Dobbins; brother: Joe (Jane) Holmes; grandchildren: Kayla Mae Addison, Rylie Nicole Killion, Christopher Gavin Barbee, Brianna Campbell, Aalyah Fae (Michael Zane) Aker, Kinzley Brooke Lawson, Kayden Joshua Lawson and Micheal Dylan Blackwelder and great-grandchildren: Ezra Alexander Blackwelder, and Dawson Michael Aker.
