Memorial Service for Billie Jo Self Helton, 61, of Dodge City, are being planned and will be announced at a later date. Mrs. Helton passed from this life May 23, 2021 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born March 7, 1960 to Gerald Rudolph and Rowena Wanell Usrey Self. She attended the Salvation Army Church for more then 50 years. She enjoyed life, had a great humor, loved everyone and she never met a stranger.

She is survived by her mother: Rowena Wanell Usrey Self; stepdaughter: Michelle Anderson; brothers: Gerald Rudolph Self, Jr., David (Shelly) Self; sisters: Brenda (Terry) Landry, Karen (Terry) Pendergist, Rhonda Hight and a host of family and friends.
