Funeral service for Abigail Green, 65, of Hanceville will be held at 12 noon Saturday, March 27, 2021 in the chapel of Hanceville Funeral Home with Dr. Michael Moore officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Her family will receive friends Saturday beginning at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
Abigail, who died at her home on Monday, March 22nd was part of the Media Ministry at Faith Chapel Christian Center.
She was born in Blount Springs, the daughter of the late Alfred and Iva Lee Parker Green, and is survived by her siblings; Nathaniel (Rebecca) Green, Vilee (Roosevelt, Jr.) Ford, Elbert (Yvette) Green, Evelyn (Moses) Timmons, Otis (Gatler) Green and James E. Green; an aunt, Gertrude Parker, an Uncle, Robert (Evelyn) Parker and a host of nephews, nieces and cousins. She was preceded in death by a sister, Viola Green.
