Funeral services for Jeremy Todd Sams, 43, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 7, 2021 at the Cullman Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will precede the service from noon-2 p.m. Reverend Chris Chambless officiating. Interment will follow in the Jones Chapel Cemetery.

Mr. Sams was born Feb. 14, 1977 to Jerry Wayne and Linda Faye Brown Sams. He passed away Jan. 4, 2021 at the UAB Hospital.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Bernice and Audrey Sams and his father Jerry Sams.
Mr. Sams is survived by his grandparents J. P. and Lorene Brown; mother Linda Sams; son Brody Sams; daughter Savana Sams (Delton Cooke); sister Lenisa (Stephen) Hutson; uncle and aunt Kenneth and Laura Brown; cousins Whitney and Matt Dyer and Fisher, and Cole Brown; uncles Ray and Nelda Sams, and Junior Sams; aunt Marie and Tillman Harding; and a host of cousins, family, and friends.
