Graveside services for Betty Jo Cowart Harbison, 84, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 3, 2020 at Graham Cemetery in Mt. Olive, Alabama. Rev. Terry Harbison, Jr., Bro. Wade Maynard, and Bro. Keith Warden will be officiating.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Harbison passed away Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2020 at her residence. She was born April 26, 1936 to Jess P. and Elizabeth “Lizzie” Abbott Cowart.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Billy Harbison; son Terry Harbison, Sr; and infant son and daughter.
Survivors include her daughter Vickie Hicks; sister Hattie Holmes; grandchildren Melissa Thompson, Laura Beth (Tim) Martin, Terry (Cerri) Harbison, Jr., Matthew (Kristin) Harbison, and Jason Harbison; great-grandchildren Cole Thompson, Caleb Thompson, Mackenzie Martin, Gage Martin, Abel Harbison, Abigail Harbison, and Ezra Harbison; and family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making donations to The Caring Center of Northbrook Baptist Church or Gideons International.
