Private family funeral services for Ruby Jean Johnson, 82, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 20, 2020 at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Ebenezer Cemetery, Rev. Steve Rodgers officiating. Private family visitation will be on Sunday from 1-2 p.m.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Johnson passed away Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2020 at Woodland Health Care. She was born April 25, 1938 to Daniel Samuel and Bertha Lois McCoy Phillips. She was a great loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and was dear to all.
She was preceded in death by her parents, infant son and her brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her husband of 66 years, James Johnson; son David (Amy) Johnson; daughters Katherine Barfield and Karen (Gary) Francis; grandchildren Jason (Amy) Barfield, Jessica (Paul) Nordan, Kandace (Justin) St. Denny, Maverick Johnson, and Weston Johnson; great-grandchildren Eli St. Denny, Kate Barfield, A.J. Nordan, Andrew Barfield, Hunter Nordan; and family and friends.
