Obituary: Mildred Eudy Terrell

Mildred Eudy Terrell passed away at the age of 90 while residing at the Folsom Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Cullman, Alabama. She was a resident of Cullman, and she attended Cullman First Baptist Church. Mildred received her B.S. degree from St. Bernard, her M.A. plus additional graduate work at the University of North Alabama. Mildred taught in the Cullman County School System for 30-plus years and taught adjunct at Wallace State, Hanceville, AL. After retirement, Mildred volunteered at Committee on Church Cooper, faithfully visited nursing home residents, and enjoyed playing dominoes with her sweet friends.

Mildred is preceded in death by her loving husband Coach Henry (Buddy) B. Terrell; her parents Jewel and Otis Eudy, Arab, Alabama; and brothers, Eugene Eudy, Sr., Glenn Eudy, and Delane Eudy.

Mildred is survived by her son Bobby (Paula) Terrell; Tuscumbia, AL; her daughter Tina Hulse, Cullman, AL; four grandchildren Shane (Brittany) Terrell, Danville, KY; Seth (Bethany) Terrell, Tuscaloosa, AL; Megan Hulse, Chattanooga, TN; and Jaret Hulse, Tuscaloosa, AL. Also, she was blessed with nine great-grands, Madison, Macey Grace, Hadley, Hudson, and Xander Terrell, Danville, KY; and Blevin, Caleb, Judson, and Barker Terrell, Tuscaloosa, AL; two sisters Sue (Charles) Godwin, Meridianville, AL; Melba (Bill) Shadel, Huntsville, AL; Betty Eudy, sister-in-law; two nieces and five nephews.

Mildred Terrell loved the Lord with all of her heart and prayed and waited with great expectation for His calling her home. He blessed her with an answered prayer.

The family sends a loving thanks to the nurses and staff at the Folsom Center and Kindred Hospice for their loving care of our precious mother/grandmother/sister.

Arrangements are being coordinated by Moss Service Funeral Home in Cullman, AL. Interment will be at Cullman City Cemetery Monday, April 13, 2020 at 2 p.m. with a private graveside due to the Covid-19 epidemic. Seth Terrell will be officiating.
