Janice Fay Compton, 69, of Fairview passed away Saturday afternoon, March 7, 2020.
She was born in Gadsden to Clarence Thomas and Jewel Hudgins Kimbril. Mrs. Compton is preceded in death by her parents and son B.J. Walker.
Survivors include her husband Noah “Skip” Compton, Jr.; brother Ricky Kimbril; sisters Jean Tant, Frieda (Jimmy) Weeks, and Judy (Red) Kirkland; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at Holly Pond Funeral Home at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 12, 2020. Visitation will be held Wednesday 6-8 p.m. Wednesday evening at the funeral home. Burial will be at Holly Pond Cemetery.
