Ronnie Lane Arndt passed away at the Cullman Healthcare Nursing Home, where he has been a resident for the last seven years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elizabeth Hope Barfoot Arndt and Richard Edward Arndt, and by his nephew, Dean Perozzi, Jr.
He is survived by his sister, Karen Fay Perozzi, Dyer, and a niece, Brianna Perozzi,
Despite life-long health issues, Lane loved his freedom and managed to travel the United States many times over. He loved watching all sports, especially Alabama Crimson Tide football.
A special thanks to Carol Tekulve, Melissa Parrish and his aunt, Carol Payne, for all the love and care they have given him, and to all of those who have helped to make his life so much better these last several years.
His ashes will be scattered along the byways he enjoyed so much.
