Cesar E. Garcia, 20, of Tomball, Texas passed away May 24, 2019.

He was born July 17, 1998 in New Orleans to Steve Garcia and Cassandra Farmer Phillips.

Cesar was a 2016 graduate of Tomball Memorial High School.

He loved creating music with his brother and friends. He enjoyed making everyone laugh, loved his family, his dog, had an unbreakable bond with his twin brother and always had a huge smile on his face! Cesar will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.

We are proud to call him son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend.

Cesar is survived by his parents (Steve & Lori Garcia and Cassandra & Josh Phillips); sisters (Serena & Desiree); twin brother (Christian); brothers (Chance and Tyler); grandparents (Celia Ramos-Roberts and John & Pam Farmer); great-grandmother (Ethelene Farmer); numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

He is predeceased by his grandfather (Steven Garcia) and aunt (Pandora Farmer Allred).

Funeral services will be held at Klein Funeral Home, 1400 W. Main St, Tomball, at 10 a.m. Friday, June 14, 2019.
