Mrs. Joy Tolley, 80, of Cullman passed away on Monday, May 13, 2019. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 17, 2019 at Cullman Funeral Home from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Delmer and Ruby Stephens; brother, Richard Stephens and sisters, Kay Stephens and Gloria Yost.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry Tolley; children, Joy Lynne Bell, Jeri Lynn Hayward and Carolyn Tolley; brothers, Dennis Stephens and John Stephens; sisters, Judith Pace, Pat Farr, Brenda Mize, Lynn Matuska and Cyndi Stephens; grandchildren, Pamela Graham, Alisha Bell, Kyrie Bretz and Livie Bretz; great grandchildren, Carson Graham, Kason Jackson, Lucy Khristen and Kaleb Khristen.
